Bought so I could see updates from my workout, sync with Runna app and allows me to so what my current lap is , what my next lap is, time/distance left on current lap etc. All the updates you need really. Does everything I need really I have no issue with it. Very happy with the watch

Great all rounder Sports and Music watch
This watch is aimed at the the hardcore runner but also has the key lifestyle and fitness features I was seeking. It also has local Music storage for playing streamed via Spotify music without the need for a phone to be nearby. Battery life is slightly disappointing at 8 days but adequate. As there are so many features it is easy to get lost in the menu structure sometimes. The integration with my iPhone is good with notifications and ability to sync all my activity data to the Garmin Connect app. Overall excellent purchase and looks great.
