Great Machine
Bought for my Son, he loves how quiet it is and he can fit more in the large drum. It is very stylish and easy to use. Plays a nice tune on completion of washing. Very happy with it.

Unsatsifactory - the depth measurement given on the web specification of the washing machine is 535 mm; in fact the depth when unpacked and put into position is 610mm; the consequence is that the door behind which the WM is stored in the flat can no longer be closed. This is very frustrating. LG needs to amend the spec given on the website. Many thanks .

I am able to wash with ease, I have been playing around with various settings, the cotton turbo is a favourite. It’s great that I can adjust the spin and temperature as I please. And then I tend to dry on the lower setting. Drying time has tended to be long, but I’m happy to put on and ignore. It’s better dry than sitting in the machine wet (which I am guilty for) I have yet to understand the AI feature. This machine is a God send, I’m in love!!

According to our records if this model is purchased by 31st May 2024 it will qualify for the 5 year warranty promotion.
All appliances come with a standard 2 year manufacturers warranty but, the 5 year warranty only applies if the promotion warranty is registered upon receipt of the product.
