Sorry but this product is very poor quality. The lid is flimsy and after 2 uses warped. The whole quality is so poor and not comparable with the far superior quality of a Bialetti espresso maker which only costs a few pounds more

The supplier has advised the following for the Pezzetti 6 Cup Espresso Coffee Maker:
“ Kindly note that each coffee maker is designed to make a sound when the coffee stops brewing, and therefore when the water in the tank runs out. If your customer wants to keep some water in the boiler, it will be enough to remove the coffee maker from the heat before it emits the characteristic sound, or when it starts to emit it. ”
