I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows:
Please note that Set of 3 Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls and Spoons is not suitable for induction hob.

A magnet won't stick to the base of my basins so they wouldn't be suitable for an induction hob. I have used them upturned over bread cooking in the oven. I wouldn't use them right way up in an extreme heat or over a flame because the bases are smaller than the top and I would be worried about their stability and toppling over. Having said that I am very pleased with the set because they have many other uses. The largest bowl has 3 little blobs as feet which melt at high temperature. Hope that helps.

This will depend on the whisk and the materiel it is made from, In most cases it is possible the stainless steel bowls will be marked or potentially damaged (if a solid metal whisk attachment)
