Even when locked as you pick up it opens
Not happy at all and haven’t had a chance to return. When you lock it and pick up by handle it opens 😩 Maybe it’s a one-off?

Returned due to damage
Ordered for collection, however the staff member brought it over, didn't check it, but I did! There was a dent and paint was chipped, not as sturdy at all as similar purchase of over 15yrs ago.

A bit more flimsy than expected
Its quite tough to lock, but otherwise serves a purpose.

Disappointing
Presumably you will want to lift this file box by the carry handle with the lid closed. Unfortunately, you can't do this unless the lid is actually in the locked position to securely close the lid. The key fits the lock but does not turn properly as the locking mechanism does not work because the lever does not engage in the slot! I had to return this file box to the store to get a full refund.

Disappointed
I have bought these box files before from Argos and not had a problem, unfortunately the first one, the lock would not lock and the lock broke out of its little hole. I got a replacement, I checked this one first before leaving the store and the lock fell apart in the sales assistant hand. Sadly, I will have to look elsewhere.
