Ordered for collection, however the staff member brought it over, didn't check it, but I did! There was a dent and paint was chipped, not as sturdy at all as similar purchase of over 15yrs ago.

Presumably you will want to lift this file box by the carry handle with the lid closed. Unfortunately, you can't do this unless the lid is actually in the locked position to securely close the lid. The key fits the lock but does not turn properly as the locking mechanism does not work because the lever does not engage in the slot! I had to return this file box to the store to get a full refund.
