I have used this on and off over 3 months. It's ok on heavy items, hard work on some items. I also find you have be Extra Careful as steam Burns hand. You can only do a couple of items as as this water tank not big.

The unit itself is not designed for any particular piece of clothing. It is up to the suit if it can resist to ironing. The fabric attachment will be the equivalent of the 1 dot ironing power specification. If that attachment is used and the suit label indicates at least 1 dot, then the unit will be suitable for a mans suit, otherwise the suit cannot be ironed using this product.
