Great asset in the kitchen
Bought to assist with cutting sandwiches for an event. Wish I'd bought one years ago. Was a bit slower going through proper ham sandwiches but was expecting that. Have to remember to clean the grooves out underneath the handle as food gets stuck in them. First time using so cannot give full review on usage

Great product
A great knife. Used it at the weekend and it worked brilliantly. Going to get a lot of use out of .cooking cakes, meat pies. Cuts through like butter. So light to handle.

Good but not brilliant
This was the best choice from other makes and a replacement for the same make, but, the blades are not as sharp as the old ones and not easy to find where to sharpen them.

Kenwood KN650A Electric Knife - White
Previous Kenwood Electric Knife lasted more than 40 years. Hopefully this one will last as long. An electric knife will never be as good as a well maintained and sharpened carving knife, but not many people have the skills and tools to properly sharpen their knives. The blades on my previous kenwood were still working after 40 years without any maintenance, so I expect the blades on the new knife to be as good. This electric knife comes with 2 pairs of blades; One pair of blades for general carving. The pair of blades for cutting frozen food.

Disappointed
Very disappointed, this was my second electric knife the first of a different make but no longer available was great and lasted over 10 years with probably a bit less than average use but decided to get a new one when it was no longer cutting as well as it did, The new one seemed blunt from the start so have now gone back to a sharp carving knife. Wish I had not bothered.

Good value
I have found I can always rely on Kenwood. Wonder if this one will last the same 30 years as the old one.
