Hard to light
These don't light very well at all. We needed to break one up into pieces and use paper as well to get them going. Once they were burning they were really good, and didn't leave much residue, but took a lot of effort!

Good!
To get this to light, you need to break up the heat logs into slices with a hammer or hatchet. I just used a hammer. If you put a full heat long into fire pit for the garden the flames cannot penetrate it. I use wax natural lighters. With the heat logs hit into slices it burns really well and quickly so you need to keep putting hatchet up slices of heat logs on the fire. They burn very quickly hatchet up into slices. If you put a full size long into a fire pit it will just solder and cause allot of smoke when you mange to get it lit. I do love these heat logs but they burn to fast when hatched up into slices.

Light my Fire
We booked to go to Centre Parcs for a few days mid February and the weather was forcast to be very cold.
The cabin we are staying in has a log burner and the policy of Centre Parcs is to only use smokeless fuel.
We bought two packs of these logs, which are described as smokeless and long burning.
The first think you’ll notice about each pack is how heavy they are. There are six logs in each pack and they are only just liftable single handed. They burn well, albeit slowly and each log lasts a long time.
The residue after burning is surprisingly little so clear up is quick and easy.
Great logs that burn well and good value.
I’ll definitely but them again next time we go.

Good value and product
Bought before it got too cold this autumn and they were great. Good value for the number of logs, they take a bit of a process to get going but last very nicely once started. Work well for barbecuing too

Terrible
I ended up throwing these away. They just wouldn't light. Unless I had a bad batch. I wasted my money. Good job they are only cheap!
