Lovely colour ! Good Bin.
I wanted a smaller bin because frankly, full disclosure, the huge swing bin I had was sniffy by the time it got full ! This is a lovely bin, which I chose for the colour as it matches my kitchen (although the bin is in a cupboard and not on show !) Because of it’s smaller size, its emptied more frequently, but is perfectly adequate. Be nice if it was a slow close lid, but hey, for the price, I think it’s great.

Lovely, but NOT Soft Close
We decided we needed a smaller Bin for our small Kitchen, so after searching online, were so glad to find this. Most small Pedal Bins are far too Small, but this one is a good Size for our needs - we Recycle and Compost most of our Waste, so only need to empty this one about once a week or less :) The build seems fairly robust and the matt Metallic finish is not only stylish, but also practical as doesn't show finger marks, etc, too much - a real plus :) Just note that as other Reviews have said, it's NOT Soft Close and whilst this isn't an issue for us, Habitat/Argos do need to get this error corrected asap to stop misleading/disappointing Customers, hence the 4 stars we've given rather than 5 ;)

Right size, shape and colour. Rather expensive
Right size, shape and colour. Pedal a bit stiff and lever/pivots need to be more robust. Rather expensive for what it is.

Value for money product
I read the reviews before I chose this bin so was aware it is not with a slow closing lid. With a bin liner fitted it lessons the sound of it closing. It was difficult to find many bins this size. It seems well made, arrived in perfect condition, looks neat and the colour is a pleasing change from the usual. At the price it deserves 5 stars.
