Great product
We have used this product every day for a week and it is just great. It fits the Woodfire XL perfectly. It is very easy to clean. Non stick, flat surface which gives an even sear to food. I wish I had bought this when I first bought my Woodfire. It is great!

New Upgrade
Recently upgraded to the XL version of the wood fire grill, and needed to get the flat plate to go with it. Perfect for cooking steaks, smash burgers, bacon & eggs etc. Gets hot enough to get an amazing sear when you want it but still easy cleaning with that non-stick.

Game changer
I'd read a few opinions about the griddle plate, the flat and 50/50. Was struggling with food residue whilst cooking on the griddle plate and unable to scrape it off without the grill cooling down too much as it melts silicone and 3D printed scrapers. Since using this flat plate I've found a wooden scraper helps scrape any burn or residue off no problem enabling you to move onto the next item of food onto a clean cooking surface. Why the grills don't come with these in the first place is boggling.
