Extra extension needed
Bought this for a wide staircase but it wasn’t clear that I needed to buy an additional extension also. Had to make a second trip to the shops. However, now that the gate is installed I am happy with the quality and stability of it. It closes automatically which gives peace of mind

Yes this does need to be screwed to the wall as it is a screw fit gate.

That is correct the gate plus 24cm extension is suitable for a gap from 99cm to 105cm.

I can advise the following for the Cuggl Extra Wide Safety Gate:
Fits openings from 75 to 117cm.
Gate dimension: 75-81cm; Gate + 12cm extension: 87-93cm; Gate + 24cm extension: 99-105cm; Gate + 12cm extension+24cm extension: 111-117cm.
None of these dimensions will fit the door opening you have. You would be best with the following:

Maximum width with extensions: 117cm.
