Great sleeping mat for camping trips
This sleeping mat served the purpose of reasonable comfort and some insulation when camping in early June in southern England. Light and easy to store and carry tied to my rucksack.

I bought this for my 6 year old for his Beavers camping trip. It was used on a hall floor under a sleeping bag so perhaps not particularly tested however it fulfilled its purpose.

I bought for a recent camping trip to put under air mattress. Air mattress went down overnight could definitely still feel the ground even though this product was underneath. Very thin and very easy to compress ended up buying another air mattress whilst camping so we weren't sleeping directly on the flooe

I have investigated this for you and can confirm that you do not place foam cushions/mats in a washing machine or dryer. The agitation in the machines can easily damage the foam.

I can confirm that this camping mat is made of EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) which is closed cell foam. No pump is require to blow up the mat, it is an error which will will correct.

I just bought it to use as an excercise yoga mat when travelling as its very lightweight. I would say it will be fine for that purpose. Better than a towel ion the floor!
Hi, I think because theres no ground-grip on them whereas the workout yoga mats Ive mostly seen are like spongy-foam, non-slip mostly, I dont know for sure though but wondered the same.

I have looked into this for you and this is for the surface when sleeping and relaxing etc. This is not suitable for use as an exercise mat.
