Value for money... if used as intended
Great value for money Great suction power I found that 30 mins was ample time for doing all my windows... so no issues (thusfar) with battery life However The product leaks when used upside down The product leaks when the water chamber exceeds the MAX line The water chamber fills quickly and must be emptied after each use But... you could argue that this isn't how the product was "intended to be used" If you're happy with those conditions, I'd say it's a game changer for removing damp/ condensation from rooms.

A bit of a gimmick
To be honest I think the vacuum is a bit of a gimmick as the squeegee works perfectly well on its own. I used it to remove condensation from my windows. Unfortunately as they are not your average windows with one pane of glass, the squeegee was too big for the smaller panes. The condensation just came back in the time it took to do the pane. I would say don't bother getting a vacuum product and go for a good squeegee for condensation. Haven't used it for cleaning my glass doors yet so hoping the vacuum will be useful for that.

Accidental cover isn't included in the warranty, the warranty is only for manufacturing faults. Accidental cover will cover you if you drop it and it breaks etc.
