Great performance.
I bought this about a month ago and love it. I usually buy the well known window vax but decided to give this Tower one a go. It was a third of the price but the performance is just as good. I would definitely buy this again. It is a good size and the suction is good. Does a great job every time.

This is lightweight, easy to use and empty and leaves my windows streak free. Also great for removing moisture from shower doors, tiles and mirrors. Good price too compared to some models.

Difficult to empty
Does the job well enough but it’s really awkward to empty the water out of the container. I’ve done it a few times now but it’s really difficult when it’s got water in and it spills all over the place. Wish Ide tried before I bought then I wouldn’t have bought.

Not very good
Simply put, it's just not very good. It just pushes the water along the window, until a pool of it dribbles off the window frame. It leaves streaks as well. I always have to finish off the job with a towel or cloth, may as well do the whole job with them

Accidental cover isn't included in the warranty, the warranty is only for manufacturing faults. Accidental cover will cover you if you drop it and it breaks etc.
