Not as great as expected from a Philips product
I bought this to replace an ancient Philips electric razor I’d had for ages. In all honesty, it’s been a bit disappointing. It often feels like hairs are being pulled out of my face rather than cleanly cut. There is no stand and the charger is simply a USB (C) cable. Cleaning the head unit itself is hard and the unit isn’t supplied with the ‘usual’ specialist brushes. All that being said Philips Customer Service were unbelievable helpful and provided what I saw as “missing but essential” accessories free of charge. So many thanks.
