It is the only upright deep cleaner with the power of HydroSteam to remove the toughest set-in stains, sticky messes, and lingering odours from carpets. Each machine comes with three distince modes of cleaning-Steam Pretreat Mode, SteamWash Max Clean Mode and Quick Dry Mode. How did I live without this machine?
I purchased this carpet cleaner a month ago and have used it a lot, carpet, rugs and sofas. It really cleans well without a lot of effort. The handheld part has a good suction, so my sofa don't take long to dry. I could really recommend it. Even for cleaning tiles in the kitchen. What I also appreciate is that it's not that large and doesn't take a lot of space. And it's fairly easy to clean it's parts too.

Not satisfied considering the cost
Bought this item a couple of weeks ago from the first time I tried it it didn’t work properly. If you want to deep clean your carpets expect them to dry in a few days. I bought this item to give a refresh for my carpets but turned out they developed odour and doesn’t feel fresh at all.

Superb cleaner
I bought this to clean my 26 yr old carpet to replace an old bissell machine I had The great thing is the old accessories fit the new machine no trouble as the fittings are exactly the same so I have double the tools for cleaning. It made the most amazing difference to my carpet. If tackling an old carpet make sure you have a really dry and breezy day to dry out the carpet but I couldn't be more pleased. The new machine is easier to clean and maintain than the older version.

I’m in love with this cleaner
Oh my gosh! I absolutely love this cleaner. My flat smells fresh & clean when I come in from outside now. You really can notice the cleanliness is next level. The steam for antibac & stains is great. Haven’t cleaned the carpets since I had them laid 5 years ago & am so glad I did them. Was worried about a review where someone said it was terrible for them, or left their rug soaking wet.. but think if you do it on a windy spring day & leave windows open, it dries super quickly. So need to plan your cleaning days around the weather for best results. I had no issues with the tanks falling off as someone else mentioned - just have to make sure it clicks as you put it in & it’s super secure. But what I didn’t realise is that during cleaning you should be taking the front off every so often (by the rollers) - to clean out any fluff that builds up there. Didn’t realise that until the end.. but would’ve done that more often throughout had I known - clean out after each room would be better. Even though I didn’t do this on my first full clean, the results were great.. lovely machine - would definitely recommend & so pleased I chose this higher end model after all. Smells so fresh everywhere - I’m over the moon. Hope this helps you choose this one, as really can’t see any problem with it. So user friendly, easy to build, easy to use on stairs - just have to perch it on other stairs like you would an upright vacuum. Love it, love it, love it. Happy cleaning! Enjoy. Xx

factory defect
I will never buy anything from Argos again... I received 2 defective products.. the seller did not want to give me my money back... after the second defective product.. the lady was not helpful.. she looked completely stupid when I returned the second factory defective machine.. never again Argos... and I loved shopping there.. but after these, never again.. Rubbish dint pick up
Left rugs wet stinking of pup pee so took them all outside hosed back and front left out over fence for two days good as new , don’t bother with this I took back
