Top Notch Carpet Cleaner
Great bit of kit ... brought up dirty carpets like new. Nice features included removable brushes and cleaning tool to get rid of carpet fluff from water suction channels. Manual and assembly are straightforward.

Great cleaning power
Great cleaning power, but the Quick Dry mode didn’t meet expectations. My carpet took over 7 hours to dry after cleaning a full room, far longer than the advertised 30 minutes. Works well otherwise, but drying time is a drawback for larger areas.

over priced
light weight and easy to manoeuvre . it works ok. doesnt seem to impress much as for similar cleanliness done by much cheaper vax one that i had before although that one didnt lasts longer. will see how long this one lasts. tough stains were still there despite claims of better efficiency with steam. most disappointing was the accessory stair tool, that didnt work at all. seemed like a toy. neither there is any effective solution spray nor the suction through the stair tool. it failed to do anything to stairs. third there needs to be repeated filling of water and solution for it runs out quicly. for a rug size 200x 290, i filled thrice.

How did I live without this machine?
I purchased this carpet cleaner a month ago and have used it a lot, carpet, rugs and sofas. It really cleans well without a lot of effort. The handheld part has a good suction, so my sofa don't take long to dry. I could really recommend it. Even for cleaning tiles in the kitchen. What I also appreciate is that it's not that large and doesn't take a lot of space. And it's fairly easy to clean it's parts too.

Not satisfied considering the cost
Bought this item a couple of weeks ago from the first time I tried it it didn’t work properly. If you want to deep clean your carpets expect them to dry in a few days. I bought this item to give a refresh for my carpets but turned out they developed odour and doesn’t feel fresh at all.

Superb cleaner
I bought this to clean my 26 yr old carpet to replace an old bissell machine I had The great thing is the old accessories fit the new machine no trouble as the fittings are exactly the same so I have double the tools for cleaning. It made the most amazing difference to my carpet. If tackling an old carpet make sure you have a really dry and breezy day to dry out the carpet but I couldn't be more pleased. The new machine is easier to clean and maintain than the older version.
