Steamer for home
I like Eating steamed vegetables. I had a steamer for more than 20 years and it started having issues. So I have decided to buy this one and I am really happy because it's an upgrade on the previous one with more reliable timing and consistency I don't really have to guess the timing for my vegetables. I have used both tiers as well as just one of them which display the versatility of this steamer.

Great purchase
It is an efficient steamer and its capacity is great too with two really good sized steaming trays. The timer is handy and it's easy to clean.Would definitely recommend. I has a normal steamer and often it would run out of water and ruin the pot and food being steamed. This cuts off if it runs out of water saving all the hassle. Great price too.

Electrical Steamer
I bought an electrical steamer to steam vegetables. I wasn’t that impressed with it because I steamed some broccoli & cauliflower for the time stated & my veg was still uncooked. Also with a steamer, it creates more washing up, because u have to wash the bowls, the strainer & clean out the base with a clean wet cloth! I can’t send it back because I’ve used it now, but overall, I wasn’t impressed!

Good steamer!
Seems to work as it should. Have used it a couple of times since getting it. The black bit of the top tray is difficult to attach (especially if you are disabled) but once it's on its ok. Plenty of room in it to steam things. Deep trays. Good timer, which ticks down and it switches itself off when finished. Has dips in the trays for eggs, and makes good hard boiled eggs (15-20 mins) . Have tried it with broccoli and steamed a haggis too. Haven't tried it with other things like salmon/fish yet but easy to set up and use. Is big but not too big or wide and while the two trays stack, it doesn't take up too much space on the counter. Comes with a rice tray, which I don't use for rice as I can't eat it, but can be used for other things, or as a dish for cooling the steamed eggs in. Cleaning it is easy. Easy to keep an eye on water volume too. Would recommend opening a window when using it or room will get really steamy and wet when it's in use. But for the price it's good n sturdy and does the job.
