Excellent product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! Very helpful, professional, and friendly. The machine was provided as promised, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended. Thank you for the great service!

Great washer dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek, easy to use, with ability to customise temp and spin speed for most programs. Cleans well and dries well and is quiet when spinning. Had to Google how to just spin only as there is no place on the dial for that, but otherwise has been straightforward and logical to use.

13 years later…..love LG…still going strong.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the LGF1495BD direct drive 12kg washing machine in March 2013. It’s Sept 2026 and it has been used daily without a single problem. Would buy it again and again. Love the ease of use and ability to alter temp/spin speed within each setting. Best thing? Being able to press pause, wait a few seconds until it beeps and the door catch unlocks so dropped socks etc can be thrown in and the cycle continued. Great feature!

I love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine as all my previous machines were LG and I am quite biased. But this machine has exceeded my expectations. I cannot be more satisfied! The short and efficient cycles, almost noiseless, gentle vibration. I love it.

Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No noise or vibration observed. Everything looks good, and the energy consumption rate is also satisfactory.

LG Comby washing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a really good product! I've used it a few times so far and love how quiet and incredibly easy to use it is. The washing machine does a fantastic job. My only complaint is with the dryer function, as it has been shrinking my clothes a little bit. If you can watch out for that, it's definitely a great machine to have in your home.

Everything's Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My LG washer dryer was delivered promptly and has been working very well so far, it's super quiet compared to the previous machine and seems to be reasonably quick too. I selected it mainly for the narrow depth to fit in my worktop (as the nearby dishwasher opens at a right angle, I can't afford for the washing machine to stick out) and in that respect it was a perfect choice. The only niggles are that it doesn't display the temperature for a selected programme unless you specifically change it, and also there isn't a quick "rinse out fluff" option for when you've dried something that may have shed some fluffy bits. I'm getting used to it though, and quite impressed so far.

We forget the washing machine is on, it's so quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so quiet and I love the turbowash, 39 minute cycle. This is such a good upgrade in our life, from a basic indesit washing machine to this fancy one. I also like that the door opens almost right after the cycle finishes, not taking forever like the previous one. This was my best money spent this year!
First time buying LG
Best washing machine I’ve had.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brilliant. 13kg drum makes light work of our 7 person households laundry. Quiet, efficient and short washes get our clothes spotless!

AI part is not AI, but it’s a washing machine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good.. nothing too special. The “AI” companion app just seems to tell you if something is wrong So it’s actually NOTHING to do with AI. Could say it’s been missold i suppose but i needed something that can handle heavy duty laundry. Will see how it goes.
