Good, Simple to use machine

Not much in terms of extra features but that suits me fine, I had a different variation of this machine bought 5 years previously which had an add item feature which is the only thing I miss. I also think that machine had slightly nicer build quality with metal buttons/hardware whereas this machine does not so overall 4/5 stars.

LG 13kg slate grey washing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine is very quiet when running has many cycles and also a steam cycle. You can control the temperature of most of the cycles and the spin speed, which I couldn't do on my last machine, I prefer that flexibility. Its quite compact for a washer that can take a 13kg load. It has a very sleek design and I love the slate grey colour. Also adore the notification tune that plays when a load is finished and the fact that when its says end of cycle, you can actually open the door and not have to wait 5 mins like my previous machine which was tedious at times.The clothes are well wrung after the 1400 spin speed. Overall seems a very good purchase and also came with a 5 year warranty and 10 year parts and labour guarantee.

Quiet and very decent machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Early days, but pretty good. Only 2 things that are slightly annoying. The App to use with the machine wouldn't connect to my WIFI. Very annoying. Secondly the machine had a load that was slightly off balance. During the spin mode it kept starting then failed. It kept doing this and was stuck at 8 minutes. There was no warning message on the screen, just had to figure it out.

1. Drum very wobbly at high spin. What's this 'balanced load' all about? 2. Small glove ended up wrapped around drain filter so the machine wouldn't drain until I cleared it. 3. Lg website to register a nightmare. 4. Machine advertised a 5 year guarantee. But to do so you had to jump through all sorts of (rubbish) website hoops.

“ If you mean in general, it's an option on the dial so it would be a case of turning the dial and picking that cycle.
If you mean the specifics of the load etc, it's used for cotton, underwear, pillow covers, bed sheets and baby wear. ”

"The mains cables on our machines are 1.5m and extension blocks can be used with them however, caution would of course need to be used such as ensuring the blocks are not below the pipes etc."
