Freezer could be better
Chose this F/F because I have other Hisense products and am happy with them. Fridge in this is great, and love that it is at the top. Bit disappointed with the freezer width..the drawers are narrow so cannot get as much in the freezer as I could in my old F/F. Setting up was easy..controls are at the top on the outside.

Excellent design, room for everything
I bought this fridge freezer, based on a Hisense tv I bought six months ago, and I wasn’t disappointed, the salad drawer is amazing room for everything, and the wine rack is a nice touch, I am impressed by the unit, as are my daughters and friends. Great value for money, great design and very practical.

Frost free... Not at all. Ice built up. Was told I should not fill it but I constantly wiped up any moisture. Engineer sent who was unable to fix and has left me with a squeeky door as he's not really qualified.

Great with some strange design elements
I bought this to replace an old one. I love Hisense items and this has not disappointed. However the fridge has a strange set up. The fruit/veg baskets are huge but this means the door shelves are limited (a 2pt of milk is largest I can fit). This also means that it looks like there is lots of shelf space but on the lowest shelf you cannot use it in full due to the positioning of the door shelf. I also purchased a top up shelf and replaced the wine rack with this.

Not bad for the prive
We bought this about 6 weeks ago, generally very pleased with it but; 1. The door shelves are too close together vertically, cannot stand 2 litre milk in them, unless we remove second shelf completely. 2. Not enough positions for main shelves, as now have to have a lower top shelf to get the milk in. 2. There could more positions for the main shelves. Have had to stand the milk on the top shelf, so the position only gives a small space heigtwise on the second shelf.

Good f/f, but…. Has a design flaw
I already have a Hisense f/f in the garage which I’m pleased with and when my kitchen integrated f/f failed I thought get another Hisense, so I did. The basic f/f I’m very pleased with, but, for me there is a serious design flaw in the fridge. The salad drawer extends right to the front of the fridge, which means there is no tray at the bottom of the fridge door because the door has to shut against the salad drawer. The first tray on the door is in essence above the height of the salad drawer and another tray above that one, unfortunately there is no room for a milk bottle between these two trays which means I have had to remove the second tray in order to get the milk bottle in the Lower tray, this for me is a serious design fault. The salad drawer should not be as wide so that a tray can be fitted right at the bottom of the door as it is in most fridges, the smaller salad drawer certainly for me would be fine. Also, the freezer drawers seem to have less capacity than the fridge freezer that the Hisense one has replaced.

"This model comes with a sliding hinge, fixed on the right hand side. The hinge can be changed to other way around, so it is reversible."

We do not have an installation service for the Hisense RIB291F4AWE Integrated Fridge Freezer - White. It does have to settle for a few hours before it can be turned on. We do have a recycling service and this will pop up once the fridge freezer is added to the basket.
