Working well, would buy again. Now thinking about getting the doorbell too. Be aware that you will need some kind of WiFi/Internet working at the property and if you want to keep a historical record ( rather than just watching it live) then you need to buy a Ring subscription. But live watching is free. You also need to make sure your WiFi is set at the right speed- it took us a while to work ours out as we had a WiFi that toggled between 2G and 5G and the cameras will only work on 2G so we had to stop our box WiFi from toggling to get the cameras to accept it. We did this using ChatGBT and following it's advice, otherwise we wouldn't have known how to get the box to un toggle..

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Ring Indoor Camera 2nd Gen - White Security Camera - 2 Pack: Yes, you can still receive motion detection alerts on your Ring devices even without a Ring Protect subscription. You will receive alerts when motion is detected, but you won't be able to review recorded video footage without a subscription.
