Works really well and good quality for the price. Gets used a lot as we are tea lovers. This is the second one I've bought, first one was of similar make and look, but this seems like a good upgradeš¤and the last one lasted 10 years. Only needed cleaned every so often with the descaler. So have every faith this one will last for years to come too. Would highly recommendāāāāā
