Returned, poor design.
Returned! I have purchased cookworks items previously and been happy but on this occasion it felk short. Lid does not open fully, doesnt not stay open, which makes it awkward to fill. It was difficult to get on and off the base due to the base being light weight and lifting up with the kettle. Just very awkward to use.

Quick and quite to boil - but with issues.
Had to buy a kettle quickly, bought this one. I have used it daily, one big issue I found is, when pouring the boiled water came out very quickly compared to others I have bought in the past. It's spout is also wide, so I recommend taking it slowly when pouring. I have had several instances where I have poured it over my keyboard and mouse. SO BE AWARE!!!

It boils water!
This kettle is fantastic. You fill it up with as much water as you need and switch it on. When the water boils, it turns itself off. My previous kettle wasn't doing this. That's why I bought this one. If you want a basic kettle that boils water for you, this baby is just for you! 🙂
