Great kettle. Boils quickly & has a pleasing appearance ( matches my toaster). The gauge is a little hard to read but not really a problem. It does rock on it's base when boiling but not enough to prove annoying. All in all I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Bought a month ago, along with the matching toaster. Kettle is great, works well and looks good. However the gauge is underneath the handle which makes it difficult to see how much water is in the kettle, hence the 4 stars instead of 5

The heating element is hidden, you can't see it all. The kettle itself is really stylish and looks way more expensive than it was. When you go to Argos ask for a customer view on it before you buy it. Hope this helps.
