Just what we needed
The shoe rack is sturdy, provides a good amount of room for shoes, and was very easy to assemble. It fits the space we've got for shoe storage perfectly.

Quality solid pine shoe rack
This quality solid pine shoe rack not only looks smart but is sturdy and relatively simple to assemble using a rachet screwdriver, some screws going in easier than others, but once it is completed, it looks the part and does the job of tidying the shoes off the floor perfectly.

Does the job, but not good looking or nicely made.
Does what I needed it to (tool storage in an under-stair cupboard), but it went together wonky and a couple of pieces split when I assembled it and Argos refused to give me a partial refund based on photos (said I'd have to take the whole thing back to the store, which is more hassle than it's worth).

Argos 3-tier wooden shoe rack.
I bought this to replace a smaller one. It was probably the cheapest one I could find but I was disappointed that it also looked very cheaply made compared to the smaller, slightly more expensive one from Amazon. No matter, I have used this one in our coat and shoe cupboard to keep it organised.

This is not designed for that purpose. It’s designed for relatively light items, when compared to weights, and for items that are fairly flat and stable usually too. Whereas weights can often be rounded or shaped in a way that may affect their stability on the item.

For the Home Karee 3 Shelf Shoe Storage Rack - Pine, it would not be advisable to stack more than one as there is no means of securing them safely, bearing in mind that they could easily be dislodged and fall.

Yes, the Argos Home Karee 3 Shelf Shoe Storage Rack - Pine has a depth of 27cm. If you're concerned about fitting size 10 shoes, they might slightly overhang the edge.

Yes they can be. The ends of the slats are attached with glue and two pins. Easily detached with a hammer, then you can cut the lengths down and reattach the ends.

The Home Karee 3 Shelf Shoe Storage Rack - Pine comes with three complete slatted shelves, the slats are not supplied separately and therefore cannot be trimmed down to make the unit shorter.
