About this product
The Vax SpotWash Max Duo is built for stubborn stains, spills and pet messes that regular vacuuming just can't shift. It's got 30% more suction power than standard spot cleaners, which means it pulls dirt and liquid right out of carpets, upholstery and car seats. The dual tank system keeps clean water and solution separate from the dirty stuff, and with a 2.8l clean tank and 2.2l dirty tank, you're doing fewer trips to refill or empty. It's corded, so there's no battery life to worry about, and the 6.85m power cord gives you decent reach around larger rooms.
The wide path tool covers more ground per pass, and the adjustable floorhead switches between carpets and hard floors. Designed for spot cleaning rather than whole-room washing, it also handles stairs, upholstery and car interiors well. Edge-to-edge cleaning reaches corners and skirting boards, and the 1.7m hose offers flexibility for furniture or awkward spots. It includes a wide path tool, multipurpose attachment, and carry handle for moving between rooms or to the car. Works on carpets, hard floors, stairs and upholstery.

Excellent vacuum for difficult stains
Excellent product, strong vacuuming, made the carpets and car seats clean. The Shampoo is a running cost to be considered before purchasing and the machine cannot work without it.

Very good product, functional, easy to use, good suction, but I'm not sure if is the cleaning product itself or the carpet cleaner, but the recent mark we had in our carpet didn't went away and the smell is not the best.

Decent spot cleaner
It does ok at immediate spills to stop staining, but it isn't really powerful enough to get out old stains, it also doesn't do well getting pet hair out of a carpet. I assume the pet hose attachment might help there. It is small and easy to carry and to use but it is also very loud.

Good value for money and does the job
I was really pleased with the results of this machine. I had done quite a lot of research and this appeared to be easy to use, effective and good for old stains. It was all of the things and more, with very little effort I managed to remove in most cases and greatly fade in others some really old stubborn stains. It was quick and lightweight and the carpet areas were left almost completely dry afterwards. Also easy to clean the machine afterwards. Very impressed and would recommend. It’s rare for these cleaners to live up to their claims so a very pleasant surprise.

Great job!
I bought this when I got new carpet just incase. This week I have used it on an older bedroom carpet that has had tea spilt and just needed a good clean. I hoped it would lift the stain but it actually cleaned the carpet so well I did the whole room. It was easy to use and move around and the water vessel is big enough to do a larger space. I was so impressed.

Bought this a month ago with the vax spot wash max and really pleased with the results. Had to do the process an go over the upholstery a couple times and with a bit of elbow grease to get my desired results but overall pleased. For my new couches back (for now… with 2 toddlers in the house)

Bought the Vax Spotwash to help revitalise an old carpet and it dealt very well with cleaning the marks on the carpet. you can certainly see the difference. Thought the instructions were very good and found the cleaner very easy to use.

After researching this for you, I found that you should first use the carpet cleaner. The carpet will be wet for a while, but after a few hours, you can use a vacuum that can be used to help remove water from the carpet or a dry cloth to help remove any remaining moisture from the carpet.

Having checked on this compared to the Vax SpotWash Max Pet Design Carpet Cleaner 446/9544 I can see the max pet has 30% more suction power compared to existing Vax SpotWashers.
