[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 stars for washing, 3 for drying overall. I've been really pleased with my LG 10kg / 6kg AI Direct Drive™ Washer Dryer in Slate Grey. The washing performance is excellent—it handles large loads effortlessly and leaves everything fresh and clean every time. However, the drying function has been frustrating. It creases clothes badly, even with small loads like just a king-size duvet cover and pillowcases. I wish there were easier ways to adjust the drying temperature or time, as the auto settings seem too intense. Great for washing, stylish design, but drying needs more flexibility. Recommended if drying isn't your main priority.

Quiet and well behaved
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is replacing a 10 year old Hoover brand. It is not belt driven but uses a motor similar to the type in my e-scooter. It is silent when it is agitating the clothes and spins up to top speed quietly. It is simple to program but the touch sensitive buttons are not great and sometimes register double or not at all. My only real criticism is that when it fills itself, the pressure is so great that the cold water pipe rattles violently. It's great so far, first LG washer I have owned and no real complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it’s a really good washer dryer, easy to use and a powerful drying capability. The only downside is that full dry option takes 2 hours which is too much. Otherwise I’m quite happy with it specially as it cones with 10 years warranty.
