Not worth the purchase
Unfortunately the outer drum already had a crack only a year old and LG won’t cover it. Not worth the purchase. And now 2 years upon purchase door lock already has a fault.

Overall disappointed but could be worse.
Lots of annoying things. It does not have a wool wash cycle (so I probably should have seen this but thought every decent washing machine had a wool cycle), does not allow you to choose 50C, temperature, spin speed and wash duration are NOT shown when you select a cycle (so have to check by altering to see what options are), the text on the machine control panel is too faint and so difficult to read from wrong angle or in poor light, although you can select time to finish annoying it does not show duration of wash cycle until you have started it..not clear from manual whether liquid detergent should go in the drum (in fact not clear on powders v gel v liquid). So although it, so far, seems to wash OK and probably quite water and electricity efficiently I am feeling disappointed with it and wish that I had chosen a different machine and thus, probably, different brand.

Awesome machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome machine it's so quiet when washing and still quiet on a 1400 spin. Tool supplied to take out transit bolts and adjust feet. Fills from top of drum and while it's washing sprays the water from 4 outlets at the front. And another bonus is doesn't jump round the kitchen when it's spinning. Never going back to an hoover.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly one of the best purchases I could have made. Everyone said to avoid a washer dryer and to have separate appliances but the utility space in our house can only fit one. I don’t dry every load of washing that I do but clothes come out perfect when I do use it. I was warned that clothes may come out wet instead of damp at the end of a wash cycle but they’ve come out damp and have dried quite quick. Really like it, absolute space saver and it’s been doing a fantastic job.
