Power indicator needed
I bought the antenna for indoors and we are about 15 miles from the mast. I just couldn't get any kind of reception from it. It's difficult to see if it's powered up because there are no indicators on it. I liked the compact nature of it and the way it powers from USB, but I'm not sure whether it actually does what it's supposed to. I took it back for a refund.

Unsuitable. No refund
I bought this hoping it would be better than the old one but unfortunately it didn't work. I took it back but was refused a refund as the internal packaging was ripped. I explained that I had to rip the packaging to remove the product to be able to try it. Apparently that meant it wasn't suitable for resale. Will never use Argos again. Disgusting service

I bought this item between Christmas and New Year 2025. Was unsure about getting an indoor aerial as the reception in my part of the country is often not great. But I've been amazed at the good reception I am getting. Far more stations than I anticipated

Argos model not listed on One for All app
I bought this a couple of weeks ago as a temporary fix until Sky was installed into a property I was moving into. I downloaded the One for all app but the model I bought wasn’t listed so I selected a model that had the same coverage it would not pick up the transmitter which was only 6 miles away despite whatever position I had the aerial in. I eventually got it to work by reloading all the terrestrial tv stations.

Good ki in fair price range
This Aerial is just as advertised works well discreet by design. I gave 4 stars but would ov given 5 I receive 99% of Stations the only reason I dont give the full 5 is because I cant place the aerial in the place I'd prefer but I live in a very built up area and in a block of flats so the device does have a lot to deal with

This One For All SV9428 Amplified Indoor TV Aerial needs to be powered via USB to work. You would need to connect it to power via USB and to the TV via the aerial socket.

You can not use this indoor aerial for freesat Tv services, for freesat Tv channels need a satalite receiver to receive the channels.
If you are within a 15 mile radius of your local main Tv transmitter you will be able to receive most freeview channels though some channels may pixalate, Argos reccomends an external aerial installed by your local aerial engineer, the highest resolution tv signal from your local transmitter will be 720p
For Netflix and Disney plus, prime and other streaming services you need an internet connection via a router from your ISP, this indoor aerial will not receive any streaming services that are available.
