About this product
The Argos Home Minato Tallboy gives you five drawers of organised storage that keeps bedroom clutter under control. It's built to hold everything from t-shirts and jumpers to smaller bits like socks and pyjamas, so you've got a proper place for daily essentials. The smooth-gliding drawers with metal runners pull in and out easily, even when they're full. There's a flat top surface that's handy for a bedside lamp, family photos, or a small plant. The white finish keeps things neutral and fits with most bedroom colours.
Dark metal handles with an antique-effect finish give it a bit of character and grip securely when you're opening drawers. The tallboy structure maximises floor space in compact bedrooms while giving you plenty of vertical storage. Wall fixings included for secure attachment, which is required for furniture over 60cm high to prevent tipping. Part of the Minato collection, so you can match it with other pieces if you're fitting out the whole room. Self-assembly required with two people recommended, clear instructions and fixings provided.

Didn't realise it was for kids.
Its really quite small, wouldn't have bought it had known. But it is a good standard, took a while to buils but thats the case with anything with drawers.

Disappointed
These units look nice but are badly made. The drawers don’t run smoothly and the unit is wobbly. I purchased two and they are both the same! Disappointed but unfortunately these are the perfect size for my room so will just go with it until I can find alternatives.

I am happy with the Minato 5 drawer tallboy. The assembly method seemed a little different from other units I've made but the end product seems very sturdy. The drawers run well. I find the metal drawer knobs a pleasing addition to an attractive tallboy.

Sturdy and Stylish
I bought this a few weeks back and it has been in my room a while now. Looks great with other white furniture and the wood seems pretty durable. The only thing is, is that the drawers are rather small, so not too many clothes will be able to be placed inside. Overall though, it’s a great addition to a bedroom, especially a small one.

Not a great product , very disappointed with it
We had three delivered in total , all damaged, one had clearly been out to ether and took back broken the last one didn’t align properly , huge gap one side if the drawers , very disappointed I thought as it was habitat it would be of better quality

Very poor quality and not worth the money
The finish of this item was appalling, with rough edges on the top and the drawers offset. I could fix the latter problem by adjusting the position of the drawer rails, but I was not convinced that was a long-term solution. The build quality was poor compared to IKEA. The customer service from Argos was very good. They accepted a return without quibble and promptly processed my refund. However, I did have to deconstruct the item before returning, which was a hassle. I will not buy furniture from Argos again, but I would still order other consumer items from them.
