Not as advertised
We bought this as a 3M parasol when in fact it's only 2.8M. It's constructed from very lightweight materials and was swinging wildly in the slightest of breezes. Returned and refunded.

Very cheap made, keeps tipping over even with weight as recommended. The top separated to reveal poor stitches and glued mess. I paid the extra for better quality unfortunately this is not the case. Not happy

Thanks for your query about the 3m Overhanging Garden Parasol - Grey.
To open or close the parasol, there is a crank system. However, to adjust the angle of the parasol, i.e. to pull it in closer to the support post when closed or to open that out so you can open the parasol, there's a sliding, lockable ring that you'd move up or down the pole.
