Dongle
So it says that this dongle is for the playstation pulse elite headset but the actual dongle has a small hole in the side to reset. This one doesn't. Seems just like a money earner. Although it's cheaper than buying a new headset, it still not what I expected. It does work though so I will give it that.

Bought thinking this would allow Bluetooth connection to any and all headphones/earbuds due to advert not stating it only works with ps5 headsets specifically by Sony. Returned due to inaccurate description of product.

Thank you for your query regarding the PlayStation Link USB Adapter, try the steps to follow:
*Ensure the USB Adapter is Properly Inserted: Make sure the USB wireless adapter is firmly plugged into one of the USB ports on your PS5. You can try both the front and back ports to see which works best.
*Turn On the Headset: Press and hold the power button on your headset until the indicator light starts flashing rapidly. This indicates that the headset is in pairing mode.
*Pair the Headset: The USB adapter should automatically detect the headset. The indicator light on the headset will turn solid once the connection is successful.
*Reset if Necessary: If the headset and adapter are not pairing, try resetting them. Disconnect the USB adapter, then hold the power button and the PS button on the headset simultaneously until the light flashes rapidly. Reinsert the USB adapter and try pairing again.
*Check for Interference: Ensure there are no other Bluetooth devices nearby that might be causing interference. Also, make sure the headset is within a reasonable distance from the PS5.
*If you continue to have issues, you might want to check if there are any firmware updates available for your headset or PS5.
