About this product
This rotary dryer adjusts smoothly to your ideal working height, so you're not straining your back every time you hang the washing out. It's got 60m of drying space, which gives you plenty of room for big wash days, and the lines stay taut so everything dries evenly without sagging. The umbrella lifting mechanism makes it easy to raise and lower, and it turns smoothly when you need to reach around. Bought this to replace one that was about 14 years old. Unfortunately the old one had started to drop on its own. As it had done a great job for 14 years it was fair to replace it with the same.

Quick, efficient process.
Quick, efficient process. Best price for a quality product. 5 stars if the plastic cap hadn’t been missing from one of the arms. The outer plastic also torn, so obviously not a product fault. I messaged Brabantia & they are sending replacement so no need to complain via Argos.

Good product, questionable service?
I ordered 2 of these within a week. I received a message 2 days later about the first one ordered online, stating 'There's been an issue with your order, and we've had to cancel'. No reason was provided for this, and after contacting the Argos call centre and remaining on hold for 20 mins I gave up. Come on Argos, you need to up your game regarding basic customer service! The 2nd washing line (an identical product) was purchased at my local Argos 3 days ago, with no issues. We'll done! This Rotary washing line looks to be a good quality item, lightweight aluminium (so rust-proof), and height adjustable by using 2 adjuster catches - if you set the upper one at its highest point on the pole, then the lower catch will slide upwards to tension the washing line as the rotary frame is pushed up the pole. If you prefer a lower height, then both catches will be the same ditance apart, but just set lower on the pole. With a 5 year guarantee this seems a decent buy.

Good quality rotary clothes line
Good quality rota line with plenty of hanging space. Made of aluminium so won’t corrode. Nice easy lift and release action. Comes with a ground spike which wasn’t needed for us but useful for anyone fitting their first Rotary line.
