Add a drop of style to your kitchen with the Russell Hobbs Brita Purity Glass Kettle. With built-in BRITA MAXTRA+ filtration technology that reduces limescale. Chlorine and permanently absorbs any copper and lead that could occur in tap water, you can ensure a great tasting cuppa every time. When filling up the kettle, allow the water to flow through the filter slowly to remove impurities, the kettle can be switched on to boil whilst the water is still flowing through the filter.
To make sure every litre of water you boil remains pure, a built-in indicator reminds you when it's time to change the filter cartridge and there is a free BRITA MAXTRA+ cartridge included to get you started. But don't forget the replace your Brita Maxtra Filter Cartridge so you always have fresh filtered water – available to purchase from Argos.

Great kettle but the prefilter section is quite small, so you are require to fill the top of the kettle 3-4 time to reach the max level of filtered water. Can you a pain when you have visitor but for a single person, great purchase.

Great Kettle
I bought this kettle and think it’s brilliant! Living in an area with had water we normally get bad limescale in our kettle but now with this one! It boils really quick and makes lovely fresh water. The only complaint I would have is that it takes a while to actually put water in the kettle and it doesn’t hold loads of water but all round great kettle!

The kettle does away with the need for a water filter. It is heavier than anticipated but I’ve got used to it and use it several times a day.
