First electric shaver
Love this shaver, never going to be as close as a wet shave. But great for 5 or 6 day's before a wet shave. The battery seems to last ages as I've used for the last 5 days and the battery hasn't moved.

Good razor, but could be better
Philips S7887/35 razor. After 4 months use, I am still happy with my Philips razor. But there are some niggles though and improvements that could be made. 1. My first shave with it tore brilliantly through my 4 day stubble. However since then it feels like the sharpness of the blades has dulled and I have to go over my face multiple times to get a close shave. Maybe the blades aren't as good as more expensive models. 2. The case isn't big enough. The hard case that it comes with collects some of the shaving deposits and spoils the case. A bag would be more practical, not just because it's lighter, but a bag could also accommodate the base charger, USB lead and cleaning brush. The case isnt big enough to do that. 3. The user booklet that came with the razor isn't great. I couldn't understand what all the various warning lights meant; the booklet isn't clear on this.

excellent shaver
excellent shaver; even recommended for bears of 4 or 5 days of age: it removes them very softly. But i got the shaver version that only support a charger; if I would like to get the rest of the set: the cleaner, the trimmer head, nose cleaner head, etc,,, is it possible? and where and how can i get them?

A competent razor
the series 7000 shaver is a competent razor. I previously had a 7000 wit multi cutting heads which was a superior shave. My new 7000 series shaver is certainly equal to the 3000 series it replaced. The shaving guide is variable. Using circular motions the light on the razor can still show red, other times it will show green & there seems to be no logical reason for when it shows a red or green icon? Also the battery lasts no longer than the 3000 series it replaced. Over all this razor does a good job & is way better than any foil shaver.

I have tried various electric shavers over the years, always resorting back to a wet shave to get a close shave. This I needed due to my occupation. However years after having to give up work a decided to give this Philips razor a go. I have to say I'm very impressed, it gives a very close shave, I am really impressed
