You're ready to push yourself harder at home. This Reebok FR30 Sprint bike brings outdoor ride intensity to your space. The 18kg flywheel replicates real road feel. You'll get 32 resistance levels to customise every session. There are 12 pre-set workouts so you can start training immediately. The LED console tracks your performance live. Connect with Zwift, Peloton and Kinomap for immersive classes and challenges.
The adjustable seat and handlebars let you find your perfect position. Pedal straps keep your feet secure throughout intense intervals. The console displays speed, time, distance, calories, pulse, watts and RPM. Hand grip and wireless pulse sensors monitor your heart rate. Transportation wheels mean you'll move it easily between rooms. Target time, distance, calories or pulse with 17 user programmes.

Good quality and at a good (sale) price.
Assembling this item was relatively easy but connecting the wiring was a bit fiddly . Once the item is up and running you can tell that it is sturdy and well made.

It's a bike, I mean, what else are you looking for
Very solid piece of equipment. Ordered bike. Got bike. Happy customer. Seriously though, requires some assembly but nothing too advanced. Although, if you have someone to assist it will definitely help considering the weight. Suprised by how silent it is when in use, and adding/removing resistance is but a hand motion away. Links well to apps which I would recommend. There is a display included, but it is quite basic and the app gained through the in-box QR code provdes much better feedback and allows control (i.e resistance levels) through the app itself. It's quite large, so if you're in a small space maybe consider a smaller/ more storable option, but you have the space for it, highly recommend.

The FR30 feels like one of those bits of kit that quietly earns its place in the house. It’s not flashy, it’s not trying to be a Peloton, but every time you get on it you think, “Yep, this was a good buy.”

Solid bike, very quiet, easy to sync to phone apps
Very solid bike, almost entirely silent unless you're changing the resistance levels a lot. Fairly easy to put together, although the cables running up through the handlebar post is a bit fiddly. Very heavy, so make sure you put it together in the place where it's going to go! It does have wheels on the bottom to move it around, but in my narrow Victorian house moving an exercise bike around isn't worth the hassle! Integrates really easily with the Reebok Console App, which in turn integrates with Strava. My son also uses Zwift and enjoys it a lot. I can't get it to easily sync with Google Fit.
