Very comfortable
I bought this yoga mat as I was starting classes. I'm very pleased. Light to carry but thick enough to lie on comfortably. Even better, it was in the sale. Lovely purple colour.

I’ve used this for the last few months in my exercise class. It helps with the floor work we do, and the thickness of the mat is good. My bare feet have been known to slip when doing some manoeuvres such as downward dog, hence the 4*

Nice size and pattern, doesn't hold shape well
Have tried a good few times during yoga now, quality is ok but it doesn't hold well during yoga - squishes down easily beneath pressure which can be uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend for £15, though colour and pattern are nice.

Good Value Yoga Mat
I bought this yoga mat recently and have used it several times. It is an attractive colour and design. Good quality and value for money. It is a thinner mat so rolls up nicely and doesnt take up much space. I have had similar to this one in past and it lasted a long time.

Yes you can use this under an exercise bike, although it might leave indentations on the mat due to the weight of the bike and the user
The bikes are better used on a firm hard floor.
