Great value yoga mat. Just the right amount of cushioning lovely cheerful colour. Wish I could have got it in orange though, or green (purple is still a pretty girlie colour).

As a yoga mat it is perfectly suitable, though naturally when paying a lower price, the product will be of lower quality. In this case, the foam is quite liable to flake off in places when subjected to high friction. Other than that caveat, it is relatively comfortable, though the grip could be better. A good choice if you're unsure you'll stick with yoga for sure.

Great yoga mat
Very happy with this yoga mat. It is more comfortable than my previous one, quite spongy. Feet leave imprints for a bit but they do disappear. Easy enough to carry to classes. Have noticed it does slide a little on the floor sometimes but has not been a problem. Feet grip well on mat. Overall very pleased and it was half price so win win.

Yes you can use this under an exercise bike, although it might leave indentations on the mat due to the weight of the bike and the user
The bikes are better used on a firm hard floor.
