I had been tempted to get these for a while. I read the reviews and bought them. I have to say these knives are exceptional! I thought the knives I had were sharp until I bought these.
A word of caution they really are sharp, I tested them out by finely slicing a grape (as you do) ! They were perfect. I also cut my thumb! (My fault). The sharpener in the knife block is brilliant too!
After years of cheap knives OMG how absolutely fantastic these set of knives are, we bought some beef and these knives went through it like it was butter, with the built in sharpener what a game changer, the only thing is I wish we went for the bigger set with the scissors. But seriously the best set of knives we have ever bought. Very highly recommended
