Very Sharp & Nicely Weighted
These knives are so sharp it’s fantastic, I didn’t realise how blunt my kitchen knives were until I bought these (mind your fingers). There are very nicely weighted when holding them. The knife block is a little bit bigger than I thought it would be but not an issue. I would highly recommend them

Yes there’s a small hatch opening at the back for the dust /shavings from sharpener easy to use but would recommend removing the knives before tipping up to empty
There’s a compartment which you can open to change the stone after 2 years at the bottom of the sharpener so expect the dust will come out when this is done. As haven’t needed to sharpen the knives as they are so good. Just use for veg and fruit.
