Brilliant! Incredibly accurate and I love the fact it has 3 different settings for age groups. Being a family of 2 adults and 3 children (11,6&2) this feature is perfect! I also love the fact you store the caps under the thermometer, making it easier to keep everything together. It also has a night mode so it doesn’t make a sound when you’re taking the temperature of someone sleeping, with a handy light at the end so you can see where it’s going.

Our Braun LF40 Hygiene Caps can be used with different models of our ThermoScan ear thermometers.
The ThermoScan 3 model is supplied and uses 1 x 3V lithium cell type 2032 battery, while the ThermoScan 6, ThermoScan 7 and ThermoScan 7+ use 2 x 1.5V type AA batteries.
