You should only plug this heated throw directly into a wall socket. Connecting it to other power sources may damage the appliance and will invalidate the guarantee.

These are not specified as single or double, this measures W160, L130cm. A standard UK single sized mattress is usually W90, L190 with a double measuring W135, L190.

Mine was doing this. I solved it by attaching the cable to the blanket first and then plugging it into the mains. Hope this helps.

Yes, you can wash the Home Neutral Heated Throw in a washing machine. Before washing, detach the controller and cable from the blanket. You can then wash the fabric element in the washing machine at a gentle 30°C using the delicate cycle, it does not damage the connector on the blanket.
