Excellent Buy
Bought to replace another brand which is still under guarantee. I have a Shark vacuum cleaner which is brilliant so it makes sense to go with a tried and tested brand. Took a while to understand it but now it washes carpets and upholstery v efficiently and does not leave them wet. Dried within 2 hours. Highly recommended.

Extremely happy, especially with the stain remover and the pet insert is amazing because it has a separate little bucket, what a great idea! I wish the carpet cleaner solution was as effective as stain remover though. But overall, great product!
