[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brilliant carpet cleaner drying speed is brilliant and spot wash is amazing with brilliant suction… I’d of like the waste tank to be able to hold more water before having to empty it after a short period of use .

Fantastic machine my carpets feel soft and look like new

Good cleaner
Bought to replace an older carpet cleaner, immediately the difference in cleaning power was apparent, a truly excellent product. Only niggles are the water tanks both for clean and dirtywater are very small requiring emptying/filling often, if they were bigger I suspect the cleaner would be very heavy.

Great product
Really love the results of the carpet cleaner! It has made a huge difference to my carpets. The only downside is the dirty water that bursts out the sides (even when I am catching the water valve letting me know the tank is full, it happens so fast it’s hard to catch). It went all over my couch, walls and glass staircase. I’m going to try and suss it out next time I use it.

Wish I had bought one sooner!
Never used a carpet cleaner or had my carpets cleaned by anyone before. I have to say this machine is so easy to set up and use and the results were excellent. Yes you have to empty the water container fairly often but I can live with that.

Fantastic bit of kit
Seriously impressed with this carpet cleaner. Used it to remove ground in dirt from a carpet that hadn’t been washed for over 10 years in a house with kids and dogs. Did a fantastic job, would highly recommend this bit of kit.

Shark carpet cleaner
Absolutely great. Solidly built and great suction power, carpets dry quickly. Much more sturdy than that other carpet cleaner, heavier too. Recommend it. Shampoo offering also very effective. Accessories also well thought out.

Wow !! Carpets look like new
OMG this carpet cleaner is fabulous, very easy to use and what results. I am amazed at the way it extracts the dirt, penetrating right into the carpet to remove dirt and pet fur normal hoovering does not touch. The hand tool is great for stain striking or for hard to reach areas. Drying the carpet really well afterwards to leave it beautifully clean and odour free. I’m so impressed I can’t stop cleaning things with it!!

We recommend using only Shark-branded cleaning solutions in your Shark CarpetXpert to ensure the best performance and avoid potential damage, as third-party products may affect results or cause compatibility issues. The clear tank is for Shark Deep Clean Pro mixed with water, while the cyan tank is for Shark OXY Multiplier.
The Shark CarpetXpert features two separate clean solution tanks alongside the dirty water tank. The main CarpetXpert tank is filled with water and cleaning solution to the marked lines, while the StainStriker tank is used only with the OXY Multiplier up to the max fill line.
Definitely, you can switch to handheld mode by detaching the hose and connect the stain tool to clean the seats, or the interior of the car.
The handle on the Shark CarpetXpert is not intended to be removed once it has been assembled, as it is designed to securely click into place when inserted into the main unit during the initial setup.
This Shark CarpetXpert StainStriker upright is built for pet homes with its high-speed brush-roll and suction pull dog hair straight out of carpet fibers rather than wrapping them around the roller, and the included Pet Stain Tool is specially shaped to trap loose hairs before they reach the pump.
This unit features a five-year guarantee that includes a 12-month standard warranty and an additional four years upon registration.
The Shark CarpetXpert StainStriker EX200UK is designed for efficiency and ease of post-use cleaning. Key components for maintenance include the dirty water tank and the brush roll. For detailed cleaning instructions and accompanying images, please refer to page 12 of the owner's guide.
