Disappointed!
I have bought this hoover to replace my existing shark hoover as the old one is no longer picking up through the bottom, it will however still work using the tools. As my old one was purchased in 2023 I thought I’d replace it. This new model is great for suction, it is heavy but that’s no issue for me. I am disappointed with the tools, I have oak flooring and do not want to push the hoover backwards and forward in case it scratches so I have always used the tools for the wood floor. The angle of the tool is awful you cannot stand up straight and hoover like my old one, you have to bend and get a back ache! I have a big house, 2 big dogs and 4 children so my hoover is well used, upstairs is carpet, downstairs is half and half. I would never have purchased this model if I had if known what I know now. I read the reviews, which I thought were mixed but nothing to tell me about the tools. So I have to use the new hoover for pushing along on carpet and the old one for stairs and wood floor. I did not want to have to store two hoovers!

New Shark hoover
I do love Shark hoovers this is my second but a tad disappointed as the two small wheels at the front clog up with pet hair which means removing the wheels to clear it plus the flex doesn’t always hang properly. Shorter or longer would have been better.

Robust hardworking vacuum cleaner
We bought this vacuum cleaner to replace a cordless shark vacuum we have had for several years. We needed something more robust that could cope with dog hair ( we have 2 Labradors) and a large house. We chose this particular model after it was recommended by fellow dog owners. This vacuum has proved perfect for our household, it deals with the dog hair and dust and I like how it can be removed from the handle and brush head making it easier and lighter to use with the attachments, and our house feels like it’s been properly cleaned when I use it. The downsides of this vacuum are it doesn’t fit under the sofas and chairs like the cordless one we have and it is also quite heavy, but despite this it was the right choice for our home and I would highly recommend it if you need a powerful vacuum which is obviously designed to work hard.

Bought one of these 3wk ago had a problem with it stopped working shark replaced the part straight away these things happen away been great since wife loves it especially wen she uses the attachments for the stairs I've always been a Dyson man but this is a great machine xx

Shark pet vacuum
I have mixed views about this machine, on the positive it is poweful and picks up well and its a well made machine. The negatives are, it is heavy and my wife finds it hard to push across the carpet. There are so many sections that come apart you have to make sure it all clicks back together correctly. My other issue is the mains cable, it is easily run over by the brush bar and damaged unlike the Dyson that wont run over its cable because it wont go under the brush bar. Would I buy again, no I dont think so
