Unhappy
Only had my hoover just over 1 month and the wand release does not work and wont release it at all meaning I can't reach up with the wand to get cobwebs or high places really disappointed

My new Shark Vacuum Cleaner
Great vacuum cleaner. I have a lovely black Labrador who sheds everywhere. My last vacuum couldn’t cope but this has done a really good job of removing it and the deodoriser gets rid of doggy smell. I told my daughter how good it was and said I don’t usually get so excited about a vacuum cleaner

Good while it worked
Worked well for a while but stopped working just outside of the warranty. Quite heavy to manoeuvre but the lift away function is handy. Have seen Vax have a similar type for far less with the same warranty so will try that one instead.

A bit heavy but has a large dust container
Arrived very quickly Put together as instructed Used for first time however the wand was completely stuck so could not use It was attached properly ,called Shark and they sent me a new wand .Only other problem is after using on carpet and when it touches the sofa or bed a red light comes on and it smells so i turned off and checked for blockage or hair around anywhere and there wasnt .Left off for a while and then it worked .if it happens again i will call Shark .A bit heavy but i dont have stairs picks my dogs hair up so all is good .Dont know of im putting the odour tab in properly as i cant smell anything ill.keep adjusting it Apart from that a good hoover
