This is an extremely heavy and unmanageable.
Massively heavy and was returned. It hurt my shoulder necessitating physio treatment after one using. Very disappointed as it was obviously a quality product. The head on a gimbal, wobbling all over the place is hard to control and strains wrist, arm and shoulder since the vacuum weighs a staggering 8.5kg+. Rather irresponsible to make an appliance so heavy. The small. Part for the stairs was very good.

Do not recommend
Had nothing but issues with this, first vacuum head broke after a couple of weeks, replaced the whole unit and the same issue happened so they just replaced the head. The head then came with no soft roller. Suction is not great at all compared to my last vacuum. Really regret my purchase.

Best hoover I have bought
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down the best hoover I’ve bought. On the very first use, I was shocked by how much dirt, fluff and dog hair it picked up — especially considering I’d just been using my previous hoover. It really showed how much I’d been missing! I specifically chose a corded Shark hoover and I’m so glad I did. The suction power stays strong throughout, and I love that it uses suction bags. The cable is also long enough to reach all around my house without constantly unplugging. I’m genuinely so happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it, especially for homes with pets.

Excellent heavy, easy to use

Brilliant hoover
We have 2 dogs and we have been using another well known brand hoover. We normally hoover up to 3 times a day due to the dogs and kids. We decided to treat ourselves to a new hoover and chose this one. Wow, we were disgusted in what came out of our living room carpet! I would 100% recommend this hoover it’s made our carpet look like it has life again!

Good vacuum
Excellent for picking up dogs hairs on hard floors and carpets ( parquet floors, tiled floors ) The attachment for the stairs is very useful. The long hose easy to use for ceilings and curtains. Easy to clean 😊

Great cleaning with two major caveats
after months of ownership ive very mixed feeling about the stratos . to summersise my thoughts: PROS- its powerful, class leading suction. beater gets a lot up (including alot of your carpet fibres!) nice long cable, easy to detach for stair cleaning. LED light actually really helpful. noise levels good considering wattage. excellent on hard floors and carpet. CONS- heavy youll notice taking upstairs hard to push due to suction . i have low pile and use on high setting to reduce this but its still too much resistance, im 40 yo fit man so its fine but my mum would send this back for sure. BEWARE if you at any point accidentally run over your sharks power cable the main beater will chew through it down to the copper in seconds. i did it on my first go! this is not repairable through shark and obvs makes the unit unsafe for use. a major design flaw imho. its a known issue
