Easy to keep clean
This is great with a dog in the house. It’s easy to use and not too big to store. I particularly like how easy it is to clean. It even has a way of cleaning the hose. The parts are all plastic but feel quite sturdy.

Very useful tool
It is compact amd easy to carry but with som superb features. The tube easily wraps around the base and the business end is held in place securely. The mains cable has a dedicated retainer that is quick and convenient. Comes with a fixed crevice tool and three additional heads. Each head has a dual purpose brush attachment. The pet head is very good for cleaning pet messes and is separated from the main system by filters and has its own dedicated collection tank so keeps the main device hygienic. It has a 3 year warranty and comes with two bottles of cleaning solutions. One solution is a carpet cleaner the other is a stain and odour remover which is controlled by a trigger on the main head. I would recommend this unit with out reservations. Don't wait get one today!

Excellent service, very pleased
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super fast delivery, ordered it on a Saturday afternoon and it was delivered Sunday morning. Good quality item, easy to set up and use. Especially like the separate tank for particualrly dirty areas. It left the carpet virtually dry. Very pleased with this product.

Easy to use
Easy to use. I have the upright too but needed something as I have an elderly dog who has accidents. This has made life easy to extract wet mess in the special tool and then do a small clean. Light weight. Love how easy it is to clean after including the hose

Not really impressed with this item the hose has broken and it is not very effective in sucking up stains prior to this
