Small and mighty
Great machine. Took a bit of getting used to for the different sections for the cleaning solutions and which tools to use, but has made light work of my stairs and a few older carpet stains.

Thoroughly disappointed!
I find it hard to believe that this product has such good reviews. I bought a Stain Striker a while ago but since purchasing I have had nothing but issues with the hose. It is simply substandard. Within 2 months of buying a hole appeared at the end of the hose near the handle. I'd hardly used the thing, maybe a maximum of 10 times. I did the usual repair with duct tape but it just got bigger. I then removed the hose and cut off the end with the hole and reattached it. Within 2 months the same thing had happened. I've cut the end off and replaced it so many times now that the hose is about a foot and a half long. I know I should have contacted shark for a replacement, but due to personal circumstances at the time I didn't get round to it. Fast forward to now and it's virtually impossible to buy a replacement anywhere. If I'd have known at the time how difficult it was to find a replacement for probably the part that fails the most I would not have purchased it. I buy a lot of products from shark, but this will be my last. Do yourself a favour and avoid this product.

Easy to keep clean
This is great with a dog in the house. It’s easy to use and not too big to store. I particularly like how easy it is to clean. It even has a way of cleaning the hose. The parts are all plastic but feel quite sturdy.

The Shark StainStriker Stain & Spot Cleaner PX200UK is not designed for hard floors, but for carpet and upholstery only.
The mattress will dry in 12 hours, in theory, but this depends also on the humidity and temperature of the room.
