Great machine - not sure about cleaning as not end
Great machine works well - but why haven’t I got the crevice cleaning tool? Please advise how I am supposed to clean the machine through with out it?

Brilliant!!
As a busy single Mum of three young children this is just brilliant. I bought new sofas at the beginning of the year which they stained with all kinds of things and it's lifted the stains brilliantly. The cleaning solutions smell lovely. Would highly recommend.

Excellent spot cleaned.
Mother of 3 here. This has saved me so many times. Pen marks, food spills, vomit all over the sofa! Cleaned in 5 minutes. No residual odour. Sofa is brand new again. Definitely recommend. Wouldn’t recommend for large surfaces as it’s a trigger spray and that would hurt your fingers.

Waste of money
Bought this cleaner & only used it 5 times, great cleaner but the hose has split right by the handle, theres no way of repairing it or getting spare parts so now it is useless, i have never had an issue with the other shark products i have bought but this cleaner is not up to the standards i have experienced with my other shark products, do not waste your money, disappointed.

Not worth the money - hose splits
Bought a while ago but only used three times and now the hose has split. Very disappointed that it cannot be replaced so machine is unusable. Not worth the money and would not recommend.

Disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product but we have not used it very much and the hose has become brittle and snapped ...... very disappointing for a product to do this as it isn't the sort of thing you use every ay. We have only ever used their cleaning stuff in it.too or just water.

No, do not use the StainStriker on leather seating. It is for upholstery fabrics and Shark does not recommend it for leather; always check the care label and patch test on a hidden area first.
