My son has a ectopic eczema and gets very hot when he sleeps. This mattress is great for keeping him Cool at night and it’s super comfortable great value for money I would recommend

Fantastic materess

Excellent mattress, bought it in size single for my 5 year old daughter to replace memory foam one,the child is non verbal so she can't tell the difference but I have noticed that she doesn't get sweaty during the night, and doesn't turn to get comfortable,so definitely an improvement. Also, I need to mention that the manufacturer contacted me directly to warn that one of the layers contains wool, they wanted to make sure we don't suffer from related allergies, that was brilliant. I tried to have a lay down on it myself, and it was super comfy, perhaps, next time I need materess myself I'll purchase this one as well.

Comfortable mattress

Bought this mattress 2 weeks ago because both me and my wife was waking up with aches and pains and because our mattress was getting old. The new mattress delivered all that the description said it would and no more aches, all for a good price. Would recommend

Exquisite mattress

Wonderfully comfortable mattress, excellent stitching and cool to the touch. I've been using it for a few weeks and cannot fault it. I must note that it's a little shorter than I expected but this doesn't effect the comfort or the quality.

Expected more

I bought this mattress in December but due to a problem with the bed base only unboxed on sunday 22/1/24 so I am unable to return it, The mattress is not like advertised I left it 48hrs to fully expand even though it says you can use it straight away, the pictures on the website show a very deep plump mattress where mine is very flat there is no support on the corners and the top cover on the mattress looks baggy as if not fully expanded. I wish I had gone with my original choice of a different brand but this sounded amazing with great reviews maybe it's because it's a rolled mattress I've never bought one before, just feel disappointed!

Comfortable mattress

My teenage son has been using this mattress for a few weeks now and it's great so far. Really comfortable, can't feel and lumps or bumps. Mattress is quite deep which is good. Was packaged up really small but expanded and was deeper than I'd thought it would be.

soft but supportive mattress.

the mattress was delivered quite quickly. the mattress was vacuum packed and inside a cardboard box. There was a slight leak in the plastic and it began to leak whilst taking it up the stairs but thankfully we got it up the stairs without any complications (albeit a bit like a Carry on film!). The label said we could use the mattress immediately but we were still waiting for the actual bed base (bought from elsewhere) so we left the mattress for a few days. Unlike some vacuum packed mattresses - there were no chemical smells . the actual smell was fairly neutral and pleasant. We deliberately chose the cool mattress as we are both hot sleepers but we did add a mattress topper as well as a protector. The intention is to remove the thicker topper when the weather gets warmer. I can confirm that the mattress does "breathe" as we don't wake up sweaty as with our previous memory foam mattress. We are both side sleepers so it is soft enough for us but also supportive.So more like a medium or regular mattress. If you want a hard mattress then this is not for you but good for side sleepers. I'm also glad that it is vegan friendly and good for the planet. It is certainly well made with no bits of thread or material hanging . Very clean .

Excellent orthopaedic feel Mattress

The mattress Jay-Be Bio Cool Hybrid 2000 was brought in replacement of my old one that has springs. The comfort is straightaway noticeable, very comfy and made of high quality materials, having this mattress now saved me the hustle to buy a mattress topper. Easy to Handel and is fiber made making breathable. Very happy with my choice
