REALLY GOOD PRICE
My husband and his brother put this summer house up in 1 full day wasn't easy some of the wood wasn't great windows are strong thick plastic but I have had real glass put in and have used extra wood inside to make it more strong and sturdy and also used decking on the floor which makes it more solid really happy with finished look

Yes, this product will have a 25-year anti rot guarantee. They add the following info: “Our dip treated products do have a 10-year anti rot guarantee and our Pressure Treated products have a 25-year anti rot guarantee. Please note that our guarantee does not cover wear and tear or natural wood movement.”
They also confirm that further details on the guarantee can be found on their own website.

This is not something that can be easily answered. This will be dependent on the ones building the summerhouse, their experience and equipment.
Generally speaking, with experience and the ground already being prepared, a summerhouse of this size should take approximately 3-4 hours. This is an estimate and dependent on the ones doing the building.
