Spot on product used it today for the first time. Cleaned our living room carpet needed to put a bit of life back into it with 2 grandchildren and a dog on it and what a job our vax carpet washer done to it. Removes deep bedded dirt
I love the light weight ,easy to manoeuvre,easy to assemble ,easy to empty ,has good power , brought out the dirt brought in by cats first time ,not used spot cleaner as yet ,love the brushes underneath ,helps to get into the carpet ,my only negative is when come to cleaning you have to remove lots of screws and dismantle it to give it a good clean ,as cat hairs built up in the bottom,we did hoover well before ,I still would recommend this machine , hopefully in the future they will design a better way of cleaning the machine .

I bought this over a month ago and have only recently had the time to use it. Took me a while to put it together but after following the instructions I really loved it. I haven't got any pets myself but no doubt my daughter will be borrowing it. The stair attachments are so useful for stairs. Love it and the long guarantee us a bonus. Thsnk you

A very good carpet cleaner
I bought this Vax platinum power machine because I have a cream carpet and, after 12 years of its being laid, I wanted to give it a good clean. The machine has done a really good job and is easy to use. The carpet was touch dry within the hour. Amazingly enough, I thought the dirty water would be dark brown or even black but it was light brown so I guess that not wearing outdoor shoes indoors was the reason. I will clean it again after a new suite is delivered later this month. The only drawback is that the machine is fairly heavy to carry but that’s a minor problem compared to the very good job that it does. I’m really pleased that I ordered it.

It's advised that you are to gather as much of the dog hair up via vacing or hand removal first, while it is a pet version, large quantities of hair will cause it to clog quickly.
