Great bean to cup machine
Bought this coffee machine 3 months ago and it became indispensable. Me and my partener we like the coffee from this machine as opposed to Sturbucks or Caffee Nero. Very good perfomrance on expressos and also on milk drinks with the perfect frothed milk consistence.

Disappointed
It didn't properly initially, thought it was just because it was new. Wasted most of a bag of beans with various aborted attempts at making a coffee, then it failed completely on day 2. The two cups of coffee I did get were warm. In theory it would have been perfect, it just didn't work.

I bought this as a Christmas present but it just would not work. There was no coffee coming out of the spouts and water accumulated in the dregs area. I retur ned it.

Stylish, small in size, big on taste.
Purchased this to replace my 12 year old DeLonghi machine. It is very straightforward and user friendly to use making great bean to cup coffee. However, all is not rosy, to make a Latte the cup has to be warmed and even then the milk is not hot enough nevertheless, if you like tepid Latte that tastes great, this is the machine for you. Other milk drinks are the same except, bizarrely, hot milk, which is hot.
