About this product
The Beko FFP4671W Tall Freezer offers ample freezer space without taking up much floor area. This freestanding upright has 7 drawers to organise batch-cooked meals and bulk items. Frost Free technology means no manual defrosting or ice scraping. Fast Freeze quickly locks in vitamins by dropping the temperature in the top compartments. The FreezerGuard feature lets it work in garages or outbuildings even in low temperatures.
It's got an open door alert and high temperature warning, which are both proper useful if you've got kids who don't quite shut things properly. The door opens on the right, it runs quietly so you won't really notice it, and the energy rating is E. It's tall without taking up too much width, and it comes with a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee. It's designed to be built-in if that's how your kitchen's set up.

Plenty of room in the freezer,with both shelves and draws.The draws feel and look sturdy,are easy to remove but don`t come out when you open them,they must be tilted to remove them.The door open alarm is loud enough to hear in another room.It`s quiet when running [we have it in the hall] and don`t hear it.The handle on the door is solid looking and feels robust.The seal on the door is very good,you have to pull the door firmly to open it.The lead on the freezer is a good length,it easily reached the socket we used.

Too soon to comment on performance, durability & vfm. Great capacity & easier to see contents than an equivalent chest freezer, plus smaller footprint. Competitively priced but small omission(s) are disappointing. Specifically the absence of an indicator light to ‘indicate’ the freezer is ON. Can’t believe a simple relay to a led bulb would’ve added hugely to the cost. Also, the internal thermostat isn’t very sophisticated. Surely a digital one, with interior temperature indicator, would be better & not overly expensive in this tech age.

We had a previous Beko freezer that came with flaps on the upper two shelves. We have just purchased a new Beko upright freezer and was surprised that the top two shelves were open with no flaps, especially as the instruction leaflet showed flap and there are recesses for the flaps to fit into. If you have already got a flap-less freezer, does it still work efficiently?
