Really good product and definitely worth it. I used it on my coffee machine and it was very easy to follow the instructions. It removed limescale effectively and my machine now works much better, with noticeably better-tasting coffee. I like that it’s the recommended descaler for De’Longhi machines, so I feel confident using it regularly. One bottle lasts a good while. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it.

Good product
This product seemed to.do the job it was meant to. It took about half an hour to descale the coffee machine but I'd expected this from the instructions. Got quite a good deal with this product as there's enough to use 5 times. It was also ready to collect immediately from Argos so would order this way again.

Official product at a great price
I bought this after the DeLonghi machine I gained from a friend started shouting at me. I was glad to be be able to access the official product at a reasonable price to help maintain the longevity of the machine. I highly recommend the official video on YouTube when using the descaler – it made the process as simple as possible.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the De'Longhi EcoDecalk 500ml Descaler.
We wouldn’t recommend using the De'Longhi EcoDecalk Descaler on a Smeg bean-to-cup coffee machine, as doing so may affect your warranty. To ensure proper care and maintain warranty coverage, it's best to use descaling products specifically approved by Smeg.

Our supplier has advised that you should use 100ml of descaler diluted in hot water and leaving it to soak in the kettle. You do not need to boil the kettle.
