Good printer but double-sized printing is manual
I bought this printer a month ago. Easy to set up, clear printing and excellent price given the amount of ink supplied. Disappointed that double-sized printing was manual.

Super easy to use. The laser printer is fast, efficient, and ideal for high-volume printing. It produces sharp, smudge-free text and has a low cost per page over time. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great printer, easy to use
I bought this as a replacement for my ink printer. It's very easy to set up and prints as it should. Clear and quick. The free trial for the printing is confusing though. It's a way of you getting ink when you need it but if you go over your alloted prints for that month you pay for each additional print. Even though it's your printer, your ink and your paper. I instantly cancelled it. A lot of people have complained about the size of the printer but I knew the size before buying. It's big so you'll need space. Also as 99% of printers are the scanner printer types this is for printing only.

Great printer at a very good price
After a lot of research between an ink tank and a color laser I decided to go with this one and am very pleased. It is perfect for my needs - I don't print very often so don't want to worry about ink blockage, I don't print any photos so the lower quality of the color print is fine for me, don't need multifunction as I can do all of that with my phone. Quick start up time and easy to setup with wifi. Only think I cam say is I wish it was a little smaller in size.

Easy to use
Bought this a week ago and everyone in my family can use it with ease, only thing is it’s a bit difficult to figure out how to connect it to the WiFi first, but after that it’s very simple. Would recommend to buy!

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Brother HL-L3220CWE EcoPro Ready Colour LED Printer:
The LED laser assy for the Brother printer HL-L3220CWE is non end-user part replacement, the part will need to be installed by a trained Brother engineer or a nearest service centre.
The HL-L3220CWE printer life is 100,000 pages, if the printer has printed more than the printer life, no need to replace the LED laser assy.
If the part on the printer has failed, and within the printer's life, kindly contact support to investigate the issue.
The LED laser assy is price at: £62.65 + VAT
