Looks great and works well
Love this printer so far. Our old one (different make) used to run out of ink after what felt like a handful of pages so I gave up using it. With this one, I can print with confidence knowing that I have plenty of ink. The set up was well thought out and you could see the attention to detail in the instructions, packaging and component parts. The print quality is great and perfect for my needs, although I haven’t tried some functionality yet (e.g., printing photos). I really like the design of the printer too - sleek likes and looks great in the office. Would recommend.

Good all rounder
I bought this a couple of months ago as previous showed jam even though there isn’t. Time I paid for someone to fix it I thought as such a good price I would buy a newer model. I haven’t used it much yet but seems good and faster than last one. Will be using a lot over the coming couple of months so hopefully I will be happy

Nice printer
Bought because of the high cost and waste of cartridges and laser casettes and front loading of paper. Seems OK. Setting up went fine but beware multiple WiFi addresses in the same house!

Replacement for broken printer
Bought this early December good price like the idea of ink for three years. It took my Grandson a while to set up but once up and running I'm very pleased with it.

An absolute disaster
I bought this a couple of months or so ago and bitterly regret doing so. I frequently fails to print for no apparent reason and getting it up and running again is time consuming. HP's customer care team don't seem, in fact, to care and are very little help. I sincerely wish I had stayed with Epson whose products I have used very happily since the days of my first dot matrix printer.

While the HP site does say to use HP supplies, you are able to use the paper with any printer, however you may need to change the printers setting to pick the correct paper type that works with the paper.
