Good value in comparison to competitors
Having previously owned Phillips Sonicare and Waterpik Advanced cordless, I would say this flosser is good value in comparison. One of my few grievances with this is the lack of a tip equivalent to Phillips Quadstream or Waterpik Plaque Seeker. Also, the extra parts inside the water tank can present challenges in cleaning it thoroughly. On the other hand, I like the long battery life (I am still on my original charge) and the fact that I can remove the bottom of the water tank which would make it easier to clean the bottom of it which went mouldy in my Waterpik flosser.

Good, but short lived
When they work they are very good and we couldn't find an alternative in the same price range that offered the same facilities. This is the fourth one we have had. The first died after a few months and was replaced under guarantee. Its replacement last for about a year. Bought another one that worked for about 18 months before the motor died so we hope this one will last a little longer. The problems may be because we live in a very hard water area, but we do follow the instructions for regular descaling.

Fantastic buy
If you really want to preserve your teeth and gums in a healthy state, this is a must buy. I used it after brushing my teeth (not generally to be recommended) and discovered that it managed to remove even more debris!

Good for the Price
I bought this water flosser this month as my Philips Sonicare water flosser decided to stop working completely after using it for almost 3 years. The Ordo water flosser comes with a pouch and two attachments. The first thing I noticed about the Ordo is that the water flowing from the water flosser whilst the water flosser has a low amount of water remaining will not flow correctly as if it had run out of water, you need to angle the water flosser in almost horizontal angle before water will flow out of the water flosser. Also, the take the water container off the water flosser it is quite stiff, the button to release the container is plastic and is like a lock mechanism, you need to push the button hard enough and slide the container to allow it to separate - I found these issues to be quite annoying but decided to put up with it as this water flosser is half the price of the Philips Sonicare. The benefits of the Ordo in my opinion is that it has a manual button which you press to allow water flow only whilst you have the button pressed and also the standard on and off button which requires you to press once and the water won’t stop until you have ran out of water. Ergonomically, the Ordo has a groove on the neck (handle) so it is easy to hold and not slip. Also, the battery life on the Ordo is really good, I’ve not had to charge the Ordo since using it for 2 weeks. Overall, it’s a cheaper water flosser than other competitors but with good reason. The Ordo has cut back on material costs and it is obvious once you start using it.

Hello Dovk,
The supplier has advised the following for the Ordo Hydro Sonic+ Cordless & Rechargeable Water Flosser:
No you cannot use it upside down. The supplier advises:
"The product is not designed to be used upside down, as like most things this could potentially cause a choking or swallowing hazard. But if the customer was willing to take that risk then the product may be possibly used upside down, but this would be their own risk and Ordo would take no responsibility.
In terms of the usage if the tank is full the water will still pump from the base of the unit. But if it is half full and held directly upside down the water will not pump through the unit. This is why the tip is designed to rotate inside the flosser so that it can clean the upper teeth without having to tip the flosser upside down."
(We'd also have to advise of basically the same, adding in that using the product in a manner for which it's not designed would be considered to be misuse and would invalidate the item's guarantee. Any attempt to try to use it in any other way would also be entirely at the user's own risk).
I hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q&A.
