I purchased this item to replace a Sony Hi8 Handycam. It seems a viable replacement but I’m disappointed with the level of zoom compared with the Hi8 Handycam

Very good but seems to suffer in dark light
We took the camera on holiday to the Maldives and took some fantastic photos with it. The video quality was good enough. The only problem we found is that photos were quite poor and grainy in low light / night time. Easy enough to use and even better with the Sony wand attachment.

Great features
I bought this camera in November 24, it was great with the features and quality. However the lens was not retracting and I was not able to use it for Christmas which was sad and sent it back for repair.

Grat size camera with a lot of features
I've never had a sony camera before but after waiting for over 6 months for one of there models to come in to stock I decided to go with the Sony ZV-1 II and glad I did takes grat pictures and good video. I use it manly for Vlogs. Would highly recomend and the £100 chash back was a bouns.

Zv1-II is a great vlogging Camara
I recently brought the Sony ZV1-II recently as a upgrade from my Canon Powershot SX740 that i had been using from new since 2018 then looking for a newer replacement camera i saw the ZV!-II was getting some great reviews over its previous model as the mark 2 as a bigger 1'' sensor and lots more features , it does take some getting used to but from the photos and videos i have taken the quality is really great , so if your looking at this camera i would highly recommend it

Okay picture quality but the stability is so poor
For a vlogging camera, this cameras footage whilst walking is EXTREMELY shakey. Its almost unbearable to watch footage back. I regret buying it in all honesty. The picture quality is nice, photos are nice, but its designed for vloggers and i have to spend so much extra time trying to stabilise the footage in post processing that its just not worth it. Dji pocket 3 was the way to go afterall...
